Imagine Instruments President, and ISA member Michael Macchiarelli was invited to speak at this years
ISA Automation Week event in Orlando, FL along with other
industry experts. Michael's presentation on "Solar Powered Sensors & Instrumentation"
provided attendees with detailed information on what makes up an Off-grid Solar Power System
and how it can be used to power wireless sensors, SCADA, telemetry equipment and instrumentation in remote applications.
A solar powered tank level transmitter example was provided.
